Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland: Menu, Prices, and Tips to Get In

What Is “Oga’s Cantina,” the Star Wars Bar in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge?

At Disneyland in Anaheim, California, there’s an immersive area called Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge where you can step right into the world of the Star Wars films.

One of the most popular spots inside is Oga’s Cantina.

Galaxy’s Edge is set on the planet Batuu rather than any of the worlds you see on screen, but the look and feel will instantly remind you of the films.

When you hear the word “Cantina,” your mind probably jumps to the Mos Eisley Cantina from Star Wars: Episode IV — A New Hope.

In this post, we’ll take a closer look at what makes Oga’s Cantina special, the menu items worth trying, and a few tips for getting in.

Whether you’re a die-hard Star Wars fan or just curious, this is one stop you won’t want to skip.

1. About Oga’s Cantina

1.1 Overview

Atmospheric sci-fi themed bar interior

Oga’s Cantina is a themed bar inside the Star Wars area of Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

The decor makes you feel like you’ve stepped straight onto a movie set.

It’s a bar, but the menu includes non-alcoholic drinks and food, so families with kids are welcome too.

Inside, a droid DJ spins upbeat EDM tracks, and the energy is always lively.

1.2 Who Is “Oga”?

“Oga” refers to Oga Garra, a female Blutopian who owns the cantina and is rumored to be the local crime boss of Black Spire Outpost.

She rarely makes an appearance, so don’t expect to spot her wandering around Galaxy’s Edge.

1.3 About Mos Eisley Cantina from the Movies

When fans hear the word “Cantina,” the first thing that comes to mind is usually the Mos Eisley Cantina.

That’s the bar in the spaceport of Mos Eisley on the desert planet Tatooine, first introduced in Episode IV.

In the film, it’s a rough, slightly seedy hangout for smugglers and outlaws.

It’s where Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker go looking for a pilot and end up meeting Han Solo and Chewbacca — one of the most iconic scenes in the saga.

And no mention of the Cantina is complete without the house band, Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes.

Their tune, the “Cantina Band” theme composed by John Williams, is a bright, upbeat number that fans have on repeat.

And here’s a nice touch — Oga’s Cantina sometimes plays an EDM remix of that same “Cantina Band” theme.

When it kicks in, fans light up and the whole place gets into it. It’s a lot of fun.

2. Inside the Cantina and the DJ

2.1 DJ R-3X Keeps the Energy Up

RX-24, who used to fly the Star Tours simulator, is back in action — now as DJ R-3X.

From a DJ booth near the bar, he spins exotic music from across the galaxy and chimes in with droid-voice MC bits and the occasional joke.

The EDM and upbeat tracks pumping through the room really do pull you deeper into the world.

One thing fans should know: this is not the Mos Eisley Cantina from Episode IV.

Think of it as a modern, club-style take on a Star Wars bar — cool atmosphere, but a totally different vibe.

That said, when the EDM remix of the “Cantina Band” theme drops, it’s a moment worth waiting for.

2.2 Walk-Up Only — Plan Your Timing

As of August 19, 2025, Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland no longer accepts reservations. It’s now walk-up only, with a traditional standby queue outside the entrance. (The Walt Disney World location in Florida still takes reservations, so don’t confuse the two.)

Because it’s still one of the most popular spots in Galaxy’s Edge, lines can get long, especially in the afternoon and evening.

The smart move is to head over right when the park opens, or try later in the evening once the crowd thins out. You can also check current wait times in the Disneyland app before walking over.

2.3 Original Coasters

You get an original drink coaster with your order, so take a moment to enjoy the fun, Star Wars-style art.

There are reportedly around five different coaster designs, so it’s worth checking what you got every time you visit.

3. The Menu

Here’s a rundown of the main menu items. (Items and prices may change depending on the season.)

Drinks include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with beer and wine on the list too.

The snack menu is solid as well, so you can grab a bite while you sip.

Some drinks come with the option to upgrade to a souvenir cup for an extra fee — a must for Star Wars fans.

3.1 Non-Alcoholic Drinks (Concoctions without Alcohol)

Colorful tropical mocktails on a bar counter

The Grinning Loth-cat ($7.50)

A tropical mix of guava juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and pure cane syrup.

Topped with basil “crystals,” it strikes a nice balance of refreshing and sweet.

Black Spire Brew ($7.75)

Cold brew coffee mixed with honey-mango syrup and citrus juice for a drink you won’t see at your local cafe.

The coffee’s bitterness plays nicely against the fruity sweetness.

Blurrrgfire ($8.00)

Lemonade with pomegranate juice and a hit of habanero-lime for a kick.

The heat is mild, but combined with the tart lime, it keeps you coming back for another sip.

Jabba Juice ($7.50)

A non-alcoholic, cocktail-style blend of orange juice with pineapple, kiwi, and other fruits.

Blueberry-flavored boba (tapioca) adds a satisfying little pop with each sip.

Moogan Tea ($8.00)

Unsweetened iced tea mixed with chocolate milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, then topped with vanilla whipped cream and cinnamon sugar — a sweet take on iced tea.

It’s an unexpected combo, but it drinks more like a dessert.

Tarine Tea ($7.50)

Unsweetened iced tea with hints of peach, huckleberry, and mint.

Clean and refreshing — perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

Blue Bantha ($14.00)

Inspired by the famous “blue milk” from the films.

It comes with a brown-butter chocolate-chip and cocoa cookie on the side.

Non-alcoholic, so kids and non-drinkers can enjoy it too.

Hyperdrive (Punch It!) ($7.50)

Powerade mixed with white cranberry juice, black cherry puree, and Sprite for a crisp, energizing drink.

Easy to sip, and a great pick on a hot summer day.

3.2 Alcoholic Drinks (Concoctions with Alcohol)

Takodana Quencher ($17.50)

A tropical cocktail of Dragon Berry rum, blue curacao, and Simply Orange (pineapple & kiwi flavor).

The sweet-tart fruit and rum pair up perfectly.

Jedi Mind Trick ($17.50)

A crisp cocktail of Ketel One Botanical (grapefruit & rose) vodka, falernum, blue curacao, white grape juice, and lime juice.

The clear, almost ethereal color is very on-brand for the Force.

Jet Juice ($17.50)

A grown-up mix of bourbon, chile liqueur, pomegranate liqueur, white grape juice, and lemon juice.

Subtle spice notes and rich bourbon flavor really come through.

Angry Bloody Rancor ($22.50)

A spicy take on a Bloody Mary with vodka, tomato juice, kimchi base, and gochujang pepper.

Garnished with spicy candied bacon — packs a visual punch as well as a flavor one.

Yub Nub ($18.50)

A tropical cocktail of Malibu Pineapple rum, Sailor Jerry Spiced rum, citrus juice, and passion fruit.

Fuzzy Tauntaun ($18.50)

Made with peach vodka, peach schnapps, Simply Orange (with mandarin), and pure cane sugar.

The signature touch is the “Buzz Button Tingling Foam” on top, which makes your tongue tingle.

It’s the kind of drink you’ll remember long after the trip.

The Outer Rim ($19.50)

A cocktail of silver tequila, pomegranate liqueur, lime juice, cane sugar, and fruit puree.

The black-salt rim gives it a stylish finish.

Coruscant Cooler ($18.50)

A blend of bourbon, maraschino liqueur, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, and lime juice.

A polished, well-balanced drink that’s a fan favorite.

3.3 Beers on Tap

Black Squadron Lager ($18.25)

A honey-tinged golden lager from Delahunt Brewing (ABV 4.8%).

Light and easy-drinking — a good pick if you don’t usually go for beer.

Jogan Blossom Hazy IPA ($14.75)

A hazy IPA flavored with ube (purple yam) that brings a floral aroma to the glass.

The purple-tinged color stands out, and the hop bitterness and sweetness sit nicely side by side.

Bad Motivator IPA ($18.25)

A tropical-style India Pale Ale from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. (ABV 6.0%).

Clear hop bitterness with bright fruity notes and a clean finish.

White Wampa Ale ($18.25)

A hefeweizen from Ballast Point Brewing Co. (ABV 4.5%) with notes of banana and citrus.

3.4 Wine on Tap

Imperial Guard, Goldschmidt Vineyards, Sonoma ($20.00)

A deep crimson red with serious presence in the glass.

Aromas of red cherry and raspberry lead into bold berry flavors, layered with caramel, dark chocolate, and spice.

The tannins are smooth and the finish is long — a proper wine, not a novelty pour.

As the “Imperial Guard” name suggests, it carries an air of authority.

Toniray, Goldschmidt Vineyards, Sonoma ($17.00)

A teal-colored white wine themed around the in-universe planet Alderaan.

Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with notes of green apple and lemon, a juicy hit of white peach and apricot, and a touch of vanilla.

4. Snack Menu

Garlic cheese pretzel with melted cheese sauce

Surabat Valley Harvest Board ($18.00)

Toasted sourdough bread served with a pork spread and a spicy salsa.

Pairs well with wine, beer, or cocktails, and is great for sharing.

Reythan Crackers and Moss Mousse ($10.50)

Wheat chips with avocado mousse, salsa, and a lime air — a light bite.

It’s on the healthier side, so it works as a wine snack too.

Garlic-Cheese Five Blossom Bread with Spicy Cheese Sauce ($11.50)

A garlic-Parmesan pretzel served with a spicy cheese sauce made with chile de arbol.

Seriously addictive, and a fan favorite on the snack menu.

Spiced Wroshyr Pods ($12.00)

Seasoned edamame with cucumber slices and a spicy citrus-gochujang dip.

Oga’s Obsession ($8.50)

A dessert-like snack of lemonade and cotton candy flavors combined with blueberry popping boba, plus dried fruit bits that pop in your mouth.

5. Our Drink and Snack Picks

After trying a few rounds, our top picks were Jabba Juice and Moogan Tea.

Jabba Juice blends orange juice with pineapple, kiwi, and other fruits — refreshing and easy for anyone to enjoy.

The blueberry boba adds a fun pop of texture too.

Moogan Tea uses unsweetened iced tea as the base, mixed with chocolate milk and vanilla, and topped with whipped cream — it drinks like a dessert.

It’s on the sweet side, almost like a parfait, so it’s a great call if you have a sweet tooth.

On the snack side, the Garlic-Cheese Five Blossom Bread with Spicy Cheese Sauce was the standout.

A garlic-cheese pretzel served with a spicy cheese sauce.

If you’re a cheese person, it’s a hard one to put down.

6. A Few Things to Know Before You Go

There are some seats inside, but a lot of guests stand at the bar or at high tables while they drink.

You do a lot of walking at Disneyland, so your feet will already be tired, and you may end up standing here too.

And as we mentioned, it’s worth remembering this is not the Mos Eisley Cantina from Episode IV.

If you go in expecting the retro, jazzy vibe of the film, you’ll be in for a surprise — it’s a very different place.

Go in ready for a modern, DJ-driven bar and enjoy the food and drinks for what they are.

Whether you’re a Star Wars fan or just looking for a memorable drink on your Disneyland trip, this is a place to add to the list.
