Our staff do not provide a direct shuttle, but we offer transportation reimbursement. For rentals of one week or more, we’ll refund up to $30 of your travel cost to reach our store (one-time, receipt required).

Yes, but a $50 drop-off fee applies. Hours and holiday closures vary by location, so please confirm with customer support in advance.

California law requires at least liability insurance. If you don’t have coverage, you must purchase our RLI (basic liability) policy.
